Thank you for shopping with Divyae! We strive to deliver your jewellery safely and on time.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Time Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days Express Delivery: 2–3 business days Delivery times may vary depending on your location within India.

Shipping Charges Free shipping on orders above ₹999 Standard shipping charges of ₹90 apply on orders below ₹999 Express shipping charges will be calculated at checkout

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/WhatsApp. You can use this to track your order in real time.

Shipping Locations We currently ship across all major cities and states in India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will resolve it promptly.
